how to remove mudguard of pulsar (not for 200 ns)

lets begin from the very beginning

Step 1  open the side panel of pulsar with the help of keys





Step 2]
Now in case of pulsar 150, there is only one wire (lever) as there is single seat

else in 180,220 there are two wires as there are two seats, pull both the wires and disassemble the seats.

Step 3]

you need tool t (tommy) of size 12

unscrew the grab bars and disassemble them.

Step 4]


Now locate screws shown in below image (marked)

you need tom tool of other size here.

Now unscrew both the nuts.

Step 5] Now we are ready to remove the tail part.

hold the tail with both hands and pull it as shown in above picture, this is to unplug the tail from the slots.

you'll figure out when you'll do it yourself practically.

Step 6] After detaching the tail from frame of the bike.

you can remove the tail by lifting it out as shown in image below

Now the tail has detached, but the indicator and backlight cables are still attached.

unplug the tail light cable and indicator cables.

Step 7] Now we can remove the mudguard and after removing the mudguard, we can reassemble the tail light

For removing the mudguard


unscrew the two nuts located above the mudguard, as shown in below image.



One last step for the removal of mudguars

unscrew two more screws, as located in image below



And we are done here

Now reassemble the tail light in the same way.
